For over two decades Debbie Borel has studied the healing arts of yoga and qigong. Her practices, as well as a background in dance and theater, create a diverse range of experience in the kinesthetic arts from which Debbie draws to create a unique teaching style. Debbie is registered with the Yoga Alliance E-RYT-500.
Yoga Barn of Kansas City is nestled in a space filled with the joys of nature. For a getaway in your mind nothing could be more relaxing. As you work on your standing postures gather inspiration from the ever changing view of ancient trees and fresh new wildflowers.
Spring and Summer Schedule at the Yoga Barn
Flowers are blooming, the air is buzzing and the soil is calling. This means work and fun in the orchard and gardens at Chez Les Borel. This growing season I will be cooking up some garden bounty and selling my Yum Tum jellies, jams and gourmet delights at the 39th Street Organic Market on Wednesday nights. Therefore some classes will be going on vacation for the summer to return again in the Fall.
However, I am pleased and very excited to announce some new class offerings beginning this summer. Belly dance and flamenco dance are coming to the Yoga Barn! Eugenia Rodriguez Esquivel will be teaching ongoing classes on Saturday afternoons, starting in July. And to promote these new offerings Yoga Barn will be hosting an Open House.
